| Q: | When can I put my carpet back in service after cleaning? |

| A: | Following a thorough hot-water extraction cleaning, your carpet will be damp to the touch. It should be completely dry in 6-24 hours. You may walk on your clean carpet immediately following cleaning, but we recommend limiting the foot traffic until the carpet is completely dry.
It is advisable to avoid tracking-in outside soil onto the damp carpet and please do no remove the protective pads from under furnishings until your carpet is completely dry. To accelerate the drying time of your carpet, keep the interior temperature at a comfortable level and provide for air ventilation throughout the cleaned area.
